Thank you Kim, I had a single supplement on BhayA Cruise in the end of November and it was an amazing trip by company of Brilliant Halong Bay. The weather was considerably cold in Halong Bay but it was still amazing and beautiful, Cruise Manager was helpful and attentive. Booked via Brilliant Halong Cruises. On their advice we requested to stay on the Bhaya Classic 3, apparently the best boat although we did not see the others. A complete smooth operation and stunning food. The chef even walked with the boss in the restaurant after main course to see if he did well, always smiling and friendly. Also the reception and waiters seemed happy, which was nice to see as in Hanoi they are more grumpy. The boss seems to run the show perfectly although he is young, certainly European - we think Danish - which is funny to see in a full Vietnamese environment. Special notice should go to happy sailor Giem for practicing English with us, he got a special place in our hart. |

From start to finish, all the staff we encountered were very courteous and professional. We were offered a welcome drink at the terminal/marina and all staff were present as we boarded the ship - ready to greet us. Our cabins whilst small (as expected) were clean, tidy and comfortable. I would recommend the shower recesses to be upgraded sooner rather than later. The food was beautiful. The weather was a little disappointing, I can only imagine the beautiful sunsets in fine weather. All over, I would highly recommend Bhaya and would not hesitate to use them again. |

Took a 2-day Halong Bay cruise with Bhaya and enjoyed it. We stayed in the royal suite room, and would recommend an upgrade to this room. Larger, and you have your own private terrace to enjoy the scenery. Comes with a complimentary bottle of champagne as well. |

We did the 2 day, 1 night cruise with Bhaya and the whole experience exceeded our expectations. I am a nervous boaty, but I felt completely safe at all times. The staff were very friendly, service was highly professional and we were kept informed every step of the way about organised activities, meals and optional services. Meals were wonderful and plentiful, and the rooms very comfortable. The scenery was as breathtaking as the postcards depict, and the boat was amazingly quiet as it glided along the water so it was veeeeeeeeeeery relaxing. |

Wonderful three day 2 night cruise with lovely food, great staff and lovely cabins. We were lucky also that we didn have to change boats during the trip. Kept busy with all the activites during the three days, which helped to work off all the lovely meals we experienced. Every excursion was carefully monitored to inform us on safety, and also given instruction on khayaking which was fun. We felt very safe with Bhaya in every respct. A definite must if visiting Vietnam...so peaceful after the hectic time in the old quarter. Bonus was the lovely friends we met on board. |

I decided to go with the Bhaya Legend I. First it was our 5 year wedding anniversary and secondly we were travelling with a 3 and 1 year old. From start to finish dealing with the sales team and the crew was hassle free. Our sales executive threw in a suggestion of having our anniversary dinner in the cave, and at first I declined due to the price and thought it wouldn be safe for the young children. I did change my mind because how many times do you have dinner in a cave? :) I am glad we did though. Also in dealing with the sales executive she started talking about weddings which allowed me to consider renewing our wedding vows. Then the ball started to roll and she went out of her way to make it indeed one of the most romantic trips we have had. We did end up renewing our vows by candle light in the cave. The crew was phenomenol who went out of their way to make our trip special and treated us like family. They played with the kids and watched over them to allow us to relax and enjoy the scenary. I would definately recommend the chartered cruises for those with young children and a bit to spend as the whole trip is based on you. I hope to go again because they left me with fond memories of Halong Bay. |

It is so hard to say “No” if someone asks me that “would I like to come here again “. It’s definitely only easies answer “big YES”. For the whole time on board, there is nothing we have to worry and bother much about. It is just like a big 5 star hotel on the ocean. Service is perfect – A level. Room is very clean and cozy, so we really enjoyed our sleep on board. At the night time, we also tried and enjoyed the drink and take a look away to the bay. Breakfast in the next morning is fantastic. So far so good, it is certainly a top A cruise in HaLong. |

One of the most memorable nights of our Kuoni tour of Vietnam. Think we ended up in a Royal Suite just by luck of the draw. Excellent staff, excellent food. Unfortunately the weather was not good but couldn fault anything else. Staff were attentive and and so friendly, food excellent, trips excellent, a highlight of our tour |

My sister and I took the 2 night 3 day trip and loved every minute of the trip. Everything was 1st class, from the attentive staff to the food cooked to prefection. The only slightly negative is that if you do opt for the 2 nights, you will be moved from the main boat for the 2nd day so that it can return the rest of the passangers back to the bay. This means that you don have the privacy of your own room if you feel the need to rest. I must however point out that the day cruiser that you are transfered to is of equally high standard with a fantastic lunch and helpful staff. We had the entire boat to ourselves and as my sister had fallen on the top deck the day before (be very carefull very slippery when wet) she couldn kayak. One of the crewe gave me a kayak guided tour, just perfect. The cave is wonderful and worth the climb. During our visit it rained most of the time but we still had a fantastic time. I was sorry to read that a customer complained about cockroaches, as it happens I am going on this cruise again in a couple of weeks and I hope that roaches are not a problem, thats the one thing that I can stand! |

We were on the three day, two night cruise. The scenery is stunning which trumps the reality that the whole cruise experience is a tourist mill. There seem to be hundreds of these small junk like ships with designated arrival times at each location and a designated night parking spot in a bay. Bhaya appears to be one of the nicer ones but that is not saying a lot. It is an interesting experience that should not be missed but the website oversells the "luxury" of the ship. It is cramped and somewhat dingy. There are very few comfortable places to sit since the top deck is totally open and too hot to use. The dinner food was just okay and breakfast was really quite poor. We were disappointed in the cruise part of the experience, though what you see is really outstanding. If someone were to offer a more modern ship, I would book that one. |

Absolutely amazing cruise. I did have 2 fantastic days wit Bhaya wit friendly & helpful staffs, great food, drinks, dinner is absolutely their highlight, I really love it and active activities, was absolutely joined the trip to floating village. The Bhaya itself was one of the nicest boats in the Bay from the well-equipped room with private bathroom and wood panelled shower to the lovely deck views I had an excellent time. It was a first-class service right from the start to the end. Hope to have a chance to take 3 days cruise with Bhaya in the near future. It is a first-class experience in every way anfd worth a try then more... |
