a) If you book via our online  booking online -> we received your request -> we check availability ->make change – >  send you an email to deposit via Paypal -> you send us your hotel information to pick you up at your hotel in Hanoi -> we send you final confirmation.

b) Just see the deal on our website -> contact or email us(tell us your length of trip, how many persons? estimate your budget?) -> we recommend you the cruise -> you check again – > if okay -> send you an email to deposit via Paypal  -> you send us your hotel information to pick you up at your hotel in Hanoi -> we send you final confirmation.

 Because to be sure that you are going to book the cruise with us. Otherwise, we transfer your deposit to general cruise system to keep the cabins & all services for you.

b) We take you from Halong Bay to the airport by private car.

All shuttle bus included in the trip, except you book on: Luxury Cruises or on request  for complimentary in case of availability.
